Power of Parks Series Features Winning Middle Branch Waterfront Design by West 8

West 8’s winning-entry to the Middle Branch Waterfront Revitalization Competition has been featured in Next City’s The Power of Parks series. The series explores how parks and recreation facilities and services can help cities achieve their goals in wellness, conservation, and social equity. West 8 Project Leader, Douglas Brooks, and local homeowner, Keisha Allen, were among the interviewees for the article which expands on the winning-design and how it might affect the Middle Branch community.
